A steady and grounding practice to promote stability, build up strength and develop mental focus. Suitable for beginners who want to explore their practice beyond the beginners’ class.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday

A compliment to our Vinyasa practice, long-hold Yin poses target the connective tissues or fascia, allowing calming of the mind, body and soul. Suitable for all levels.
