A class designed for blokes who want to improve mobility, flexibility and to reduce stress. A great class to compliment regular Yang exercises, running and other athletic activities.

Yin
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday

A compliment to our Vinyasa practice, long-hold Yin poses target the connective tissues or fascia, allowing calming of the mind, body and soul. Suitable for all levels.
